Description

Plastic push-in fitting series SF-EPL is a plastic elbow connector at a 90° angle. It has a male thread, either metric M5 or cylindrical G1/8″, G1/4″, G3/8″, and G1/2″ on one side, and a quick-connect socket for pneumatic polyamide, polyurethane, or polyethylene tube with an outer diameter of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 16 mm.

The body and grip of the SF-EPL L-shaped elbow connector are made of engineering plastic in white or light grey, the threaded insert is made of nickel-plated bronze, and the tube and thread have O-rings made of NBR rubber. Therefore, this plastic fitting can work not only on pneumatic lines. It can also be used for transporting water, non-aggressive gases, and liquid fluids to which NBR is resistant.

When used for compressed air, the L-shaped connector has a working pressure of up to 10 bar (1 MPa) and can withstand temperatures from minus 10 to plus 60° C. These parameters may differ when used with other working mediums.
