Pneumatic distributors 4V310-10 5/2 with one-way electropneumatic control

Pneumatic Distributors 4V310-10 by Specialist (Ukraine) are a complete analogue of Chinese Airtac — these are 5/2 monostable air distributors: to move the spool, a signal is sent to the coil-solenoid ⚡ DC24V or ⚡ AC24V, and after switching off it automatically returns to a stable position. This model with one-sided electronic control is mainly used for energy saving — the device has no consumption if held in its position for a long time. The 4V310's ability to retain a fixed state at 24v/220v disconnection is also used for safety when excess pressure needs to be released in the line in the event of an emergency stop.

Five-line pneumatic distributors have alphanumeric designation on each of the five ports on the body with thread size G 3/8″:

1. "P" — input for connecting compressed air supply
2. "A" — output 1, to which a flow control valve can be additionally installed to control the speed of the pneumatic drive, or connected with a push-in fitting to a tube;
3. "S" or "ExA" — exhaust for releasing pressure from output 1, typically equipped with a pneumatic muffler to quiet air release or a silencer with a throttle valve;
4. "B" — output port 2;
5. "R" or "ExB" — second exhaust.

These devices operate in any industrial pneumatic systems 1.5…8 bar, most often they control double-acting pneumatic cylinders and can be installed either separately or in groups on a plate. When used in production workshops, we recommend installing them in the pneumatic control cabinet.

By default, distributor 4V310-19 is equipped with solenoid IP20:

• DC 24V — direct current, voltage 24 V
• AC 220V — alternating current, voltage 220 V
