Equipped with a pneumatic actuator, the three-piece ball valve DN 20 with thread f-f 3/4″SCBV-Q611F-16FC-20-RAT052 provides perfect sealing under high pressure compared to butterfly valves, and the pneumatic drive is more durable than the electric drive and safer, with higher speed.

Pneumatically operated stainless steel ball valves are suitable for dosing and filling lines of beverages and viscous food mixtures, oil, various technical oils, petroleum products, and chemicals. Base Assembly of Pneumatic Actuated Valve DN20 and Complements

The basic assembly of the DN20 pneumatic actuated ball valve operates in an “open-close” mode, and with the installation of an additional pneumatic positioner, it allows for flow regulation.
The pneumatic actuator can be equipped with a spring return for automatic opening or closing of the valve in case of power outage and pressure drop.
To control the pneumatic actuator via electrical signals from the controller, a pneumatic distributor with installed pneumatic silencers can be mounted on the body.
