Description

Wafer stainless steel butterfly valve series SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-80-RAT063/RAT075 is a dismountable repairable butterfly valve with a body of cast carbon steel WCB and a disc of food-grade stainless steel CF8 or CF8M (equivalent to AISI 304/316 SS), featuring a nominal diameter DN 80 mm and supplied with installed bi-directional rotary pneumatic actuator for pipeline equipment RAT063 or RAT075.

These wafer butterfly valves DN 80 are shut-off regulating equipment — they can be used in "open/close" mode, and with a positioner added can achieve intermediate positions for regulating the volume of non-aggressive gases, air, water, liquids with low acid and alkali concentration, chemical mixtures compatible with CF8/CF8M and EPDM/PTFE. Allowable operating pressure (by default) — PN up to 10 bar.
