Double-acting power pneumatic cylinder with single rod series SC-SC can perform tasks of moving heavy objects or pressing with great force — up to 24,429 Newtons (Ø200 mm, 9 bar). It is manufactured to dimensions according to standard ISO 6430. Pneumatic cylinders of this type are often used in Chinese-made machines — for example, SC-SC-50x25 is used for guillotine edge banding machines MFBJ-503II or MFBJ-350, and SC-SC-63x110 — for sawing machines with CNC KDT Machinery.
We manufacture SC-SC pneumatic cylinders in Ukraine with piston diameters from 32 to 320 mm and tandems and triads based on them to double the force. Stroke length of pneumatic cylinders – from 5 to 1500 mm depending on the piston diameter (see table below).
The built-in adjustable damper in the cylinder ensures a smooth stop of the piston at the end of the stroke to absorb the impact force against the front or rear cap. With a special screw, the damping can be adjusted to achieve a higher or lower degree of piston braking.
Double action involves controlling the extension-retraction of the rod by supplying-releasing compressed air through two threaded ports from G1/8 to 1/2″. Pressure up to 12 bar is allowed.
