Pneumatic rotary actuator for shut-off valves SC-RAT32-DA 32-size offers rotation of 90 or 180° and torque up to 11.50 Nm (at a pressure of 8 bar). This reliable pneumatic actuator is designed for installation on small ball valves and butterfly valves with DN 10~20, featuring a standard mounting plate F03 according to ISO 5211/DIN3337 standards. By operation type, SC-RAT32-DA is a double-acting pneumatic actuator. It should be equipped with a Namur standard distributor 5/2 with a thread size of 1/8″ on the distributor outlet.
The air actuator bodies by Specialist are made of extruded aluminium with deep anodising of inner and outer surfaces.
Structurally, this is a rack and pinion pneumatic cylinder quarter-turn 90±4° for a ball valve or 180±4°. It can be equipped with NAMUR standard pneumatic distributors, positioners, and limit switch blocks.
