Butterfly Valves for Bulk Materials

SCBF-BV2 Disc Valve for Bulk Materials is a lever-operated or automated cast iron butterfly valve installed at the discharge of a cement hopper into a sleeve, on various pipeline sections with a diameter of DN 150-300 for transporting powdered, granular, abrasive materials.

The butterfly valve for bulk materials is supplied with the following construction:

• Light and durable body made of silumin (an aluminium-silicon alloy).
• Cast iron disc. On request, we make the same with a rubber coating for additional protection against wear or for contact with food mixtures.
• Standardised flange mounts on both sides. In the online store, you can order an additional flange for fixing the sleeve on the valve for gravitational transportation.
