Compact short-stroke linear pneumatic single-acting cylinder with a return spring in the rod cavity and single-sided rod exit of the series SC-ADS is designed to work at low speed and frequency of operation (up to 100 mm/s), can exert a pushing force and momentarily clamp loads with a force up to ~3'000 N (at Ø80 mm and 7 bar). This type of pneumatic cylinder is often used in Chinese-made machines. Stroke length — up to 50 mm.
We, 'Specialist', manufacture single-acting ADS air cylinders in Ukraine, using aluminium body sleeves with T-slots, which can accommodate magnetic sensors. The cylinder rod is made of chromium-plated steel for strength. Seals are made from NBR. At the customer's request, we can make any technically feasible changes in design — use different materials, create non-standard sizes, mounts, etc.
