Rotary pneumatic actuator for shut-off valves SC-RAT/RST75-DA

Pneumatic rotary actuator for shut-off valves SC-RAT/RST75-DA with a piston diameter of 63 mm offers a rotation of 90 or 180° and a torque of up to 94 Nm (at a pressure of 8 bar). This reliable pneumatic actuator is intended for installation on large ball valves 2½~3″ and butterfly valves DN 80~125, featuring a standard mounting flange F05/F07 according to ISO 5211/DIN3337. When ordering, consider the torque value Nm and choose the action type:

• SC-RAT75-DA — double acting pneumatic actuator. Must be equipped with a Namur standard distributor 5/2 with a thread size of 1/4″ at the pneumatic distributor output, torque up to 94 Nm;
• SC-RST75-DA — single acting pneumatic actuator with forced spring return to closed/open position in case of air pressure drop. The turning force depends on the number of springs (from 5 to 12). Torque is halved — up to 91.2 Nm. Both 3/2 and 5/2 distributors can be used for control. We recommend supplying air to both outputs using the 5/2 configuration.
