Featuring a pneumatic actuator, the three-piece ball valve DN 40 with thread 1½″SCBV-Q611F-16FC-40-RAT075 provides perfect sealing under high pressure compared to butterfly valves, and the pneumatic actuator is more durable than an electric drive and safer, with faster speed.

Stainless steel ball valves operated by pneumatics are well-suited for dosing and dispensing lines of beverages and viscous food mixtures, oils, certain technical oils, petroleum products, and chemicals. Check the compatibility of the fluid or gas composition with the valve materials: PTFE and AISI 304. The base assembly of the ball valve with pneumatic actuator for DN40 achieves open-close operation, and with an additional pneumatic positioner allows flow regulation.
