Pneumatic distributors 4V320-08 (10) 5/2 with bilateral electric control

Pneumatic Distributors 4V320-08 (10) are a quality alternative to Chinese Airtac. These 5/2 pneumatic distributors with dual electro-pneumatic control manage pneumatic cylinders and double-acting pneumatic actuators operating on compressed air 1.5-8 bar. Installation — individually or on a mounting plate.

Five-line 5/2 pneumatic distributors have five threaded ports on the body for connecting air lines marked with numbers or letters:

1. "P" — inlet for compressed air supply
2. "A" — output port 1
3. "S" or "ExA" — exhaust port for pressure release from output 1
4. "B" — output port 2
5. "R" or "ExB" — exhaust port for pressure release from output 2

Devices of this series are available to order with internal cylindrical threads for input-output G1/4″ or G3/8″. When choosing pneumatic mufflers, note that the sizes of the distributor exhaust ports may be smaller than its input-output (see the table below).

For dual control, state switching occurs by supplying power to one of the two coils DC24V: when a 24 V signal is supplied to the first, the slide valve is switched to the air supply position on output 1, when a signal is supplied to the other coil – to the second, releasing pressure from 1. This type of control is recommended for speed and the ability to remain in the last position for a longer time. This is called a bistable distributor.
