Pneumatic distributor 4V410-15 5/2 with one-way electropneumatic control

Pneumatic valves 4V410-15 are a quality analogue of the Chinese Airtac. These large pneumatic distributors 5/2 switch compressed air lines 1.5-8 bar for controlling double-acting pneumatic cylinders or other actuators. The device can be installed separately or in a group on a mounting plate.

The five-line system indicates that the pneumatic valves have five ports on the body with the same thread G 1/2″:

1. inlet for supply connection
2. output port 1
3. exhaust 1 for fitting a pneumatic silencer
4. output port 2
5. exhaust 2

The two-position device has two spool positions:

• when pressure is applied to the first output, and released from the second
• vice versa, when pressure is applied to the second output, and released from the first

Monostable pneumatic valves 4V410-15 have a fixed stable position: in the event of the coil's power circuit being broken, the spool is moved by a spring to position No.1, when air is supplied to the first output and pressure is released from the second.

The valve includes one coil in the set. Customers can choose the voltage:

• DC24V — direct current, 24V
• AC220V — alternating current, voltage 220V

Upon request, we can equip the valve with an explosion-proof coil and offer Namur execution.
