Butterfly Valve for Bulk Materials SCBF-BV2

SCBF-BV2 is a series of butterfly valves DN 150~400 for bulk fractions with a double-flanged body for mounting to a hopper or silo, with the option to attach a sleeve to the outlet using a flange.

The SCBF-BV2 disc is made of cast iron, with an option to be rubberised for better resistance to abrasive wear and for contact with food products.

We sell these butterfly valves with manual, electric, and pneumatic drives — the equipment is available at a warehouse near Dnipro, shipping via Nova Poshta across Ukraine.

Knife Gate Valves for Bulk Materials SCBF-PZ673X

SCBF-P673X are knife gate valves DN 50~400, which can be used for bulk products at the bottom of silos and hoppers. Our knife gates are bi-directional — which is an advantage since the working environment can be from either side.

The gate (knife) is made of cast iron, but upon request, a rubber wedge can be made for additional resistance to wear caused by abrasive particles.

For automation, we equip these valves with pneumatic actuators of our own Ukrainian production.

Pinch Valve for Bulk Products

SCBF-PZ674 is a pinch hose valve. The feature of this valve is that the bulk product only contacts the rubber sleeve, which collapses hard particles and holds them when closed. When opened, adhering material will release.

We supply pinch hose valves with an NBR sleeve. Other materials can be used upon request for contact with food products or for high resistance to your working environment.

Rotary Valves for Bulk Products (on Order)

We offer rotary feeders on order. Our company "Specialist" directly imports ready-made rotary valves from the manufacturer to Ukraine, we can also produce non-standard equipment.
