SCBF-BV2-6JA-150-RAT092 is a flange-mounted butterfly valve with DN 150 intended for dry products in air-gravity transport systems of granules, concrete, or sand under low pressure up to 6 bar. Specialized pneumatic butterfly valves in this series easily withstand vibrations and overloads, have quick actuation, and the cast iron disc is abrasion-resistant. Upon request, cast iron valves can be coated with an additional layer of rubber (rubberized disc).

• SCBF-BV2-6JA-150 — the butterfly flange-mounted valve itself with DN150 PN6. Lightweight aluminium alloy body, cast iron disc, NBR seat.

• connection of the valve with the pneumatic actuator, which includes an ISO5211 bracket for the actuator and a shaft adapter (from octagonal star to square)
• SC-RAT92 — double-acting pneumatic actuator.

In the basic configuration, the gate valve operates as a shut-off valve “open-close”, without spring return. To regulate flow, you need to add a pneumatic positioner, and for emergency mechanical switching to a closed or open state, springs need to be added to the drive.
