Miniature magnetic position sensors of the SC-CMS-G and SC-DMS-G series come with a form factor for installation using special mounts on round barrel linear pneumatic cylinders.
Structurally, the sensors are divided into normally open reed switches SC-CMS-G or Hall effect sensors SC-DMS-G, used for solving various automation tasks, particularly for controlling the position of linear or rotary pneumatic cylinder pistons. Both sensor types are visually indicated with an LED on top of the device housing and a cable length of SC-CMS-G 2, 3, or 5 m.

For pneumatic cylinders with piston diameters from 32 to 160 mm with a round barrel and secured caps using pins for attaching the miniature sensor SC-G(C)MS-G, use lugs SC-SH-__. The last digits designate the size to be selected according to the diameter of the pneumatic cylinder (piston). The SC-SH-__ mount is used for the following series of pneumatic cylinders:
On a cylindrical barrel, the mini-reed or Hall sensor SC-D(C)MS-G is secured with a strap type SC-MS-B-A__. The numbers at the end of the code indicate the cylinder diameter. This sensor mount can be purchased for pneumatic cylinders with a piston diameter of 20, 25, or 32 mm:
