Description

Normally open reed switches SC-CMS-E or Hall effect sensors SC-DMS-E are designed to solve various automation tasks, particularly for controlling the position of the piston in linear or rotary pneumatic cylinders. Magnetically sensitive sensors for visual indication are equipped with an LED on top of the device body and are available in three connection types:

Reed sensors 2-wire for closing a two-wire AC or DC circuit with voltage from 5 to 240 Volts;
Three-contact Hall effect sensors with operating voltage from 5 to 28 V AC:
1. Hall sensor, PNP connection type
2. Hall sensor, NPN connection type

The magnetic sensors of this series are delivered with a specially shaped body that does NOT require additional fastenings for installation in T-shaped slots of devices. Before installation, turn the screw on the body of the magnetic contact sensor by 90 degrees, insert it into the slot to the desired position, and fix it by turning the screw back by a quarter of a turn.
