Stationary Compressors

Specialist Stationary Compressors are industrial compressor stations for air compression and powering pneumatic devices. Our company sells ready-to-use units that can operate from a 380V power network, including powerful gasoline generators.

The smallest stationary compressor weighing 7.5 kW is over 130 kg, so they are designed with supports for stationary installation on a concrete screed or other firm, flat support.

Advantages of Specialist Stationary Compressors

  • Ability to operate 24/7 without interruption — this is one of the main advantages of screw type compressor systems for uninterrupted production;
  • Energy efficiency due to the use of the best technologies in Specialist compressors in terms of efficiency and energy savings. This is especially true for compressors with a frequency drive: in this case, automation controls the engine speed to adjust the air pressure according to demand. Also, the use of frequency regulation extends the motor's service life;
  • Pressure regulation either via a controller directly on the compressor or through an app — you can set it from 7 to 16 bar (pay attention to the maximum output pressure of the chosen compressor model);
  • Models with receiver, dryer, and moisture separators can replace ;
