Model SSC-PS-15-40-BM is a high-pressure oil-free piston compressor Specialist, featuring a 3-cylinder compressor head to deliver up to 1100 l/min of air at 40 bar. It is ideal for blowing PET containers: bottles and plastic containers for food products and pharmaceuticals. The installation is equipped with a constant speed asynchronous motor of 15 kW 380 Volt with a belt drive.
This piston compressor draws air from the atmosphere and compresses it to 40 atmospheres. A feature of the installation is minimizing direct contact of compressed air with compressor oil — to reduce friction, special anti-friction bushings are used, and metal surfaces are well treated. As a result, there is no oil content at the output after compression.
