Screw compressor with receiver 1600 l/min, 7~10 bar, 11 kW SCC-ZAIY-15

Specialist series compressors SCC-ZAIY-15 are ready-to-use screw oil-filled compressors 11 kW equipped with a dryer and separator moisture separators, mounted on a 300 l receiver to save space.

This assembly performs several functions:

• air compression with adjustable output pressure from 7 to 10 bar (default) or up to 12 bar (on request);
• cooling and efficient air moisture removal contained in the atmospheric air;
• accumulating air reserves in the receiver and equalising pressure pulsations in the pneumatic system.

The compressor is controlled via a touch screen controller. Model SCC-ZAIY-15 has frequency regulation, allowing adjustment of the compressor motor speed to the required air consumption and saving electricity.

Connecting via Wi-Fi allows viewing compressor parameters and receiving filter replacement notifications on a mobile device or computer. The housing is rated with dust and moisture protection IP23.

The nominal air output volume is 1600 l/min (1.6 cubic meters per minute). Actual performance, like any compressor, depends on the set output air pressure value.

Compressor assembly "4 in 1" consists of the following main components:

• refrigeration type air dryer
• separator-moisture separator group
• receiver

We supply single-stage screw compressors of the series SCC-ZAIY-15, ready for connection and operation. For power supply, the compressor must be connected to a three-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 380 V and frequency of 50 Hz. To the air duct — using a pipe fitting with cylindrical thread (size depends on the model).
