Specialist compressors series SCC-ZAY-10 are a complete assembly of an oil-filled screw compressor for stationary installation. Designed for high-pressure air compression — from 7 to 10 bar (default), up to 12 bar — on order.
Control of the single-stage compressor is via a controller with a Touch Screen display, which supports Cyrillic. By connecting via Wi-Fi, you can view compressor parameters and receive filter replacement notifications on a mobile device or computer. The body has a dust and moisture protection rating of IP23.
The special feature of this series is the presence of an integrated frequency converter to regulate not only the discharge pressure but also the compressor's performance. This saves electricity and extends the compressor's lifespan.
The performance of any regulated compressor depends on the output air pressure.

Note that the controller can be set to 11-12 bar, but working at the maximum permissible pressure values is not recommended by the manufacturer. For continuous compression, consider compressors at 1.2 MPa.

We supply screw compressors series SCC-ZAY-10 that are ready for connection and operation. The compressor must be connected to a three-phase power supply with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. To the air pipeline — using a fitting with pipe cylindrical thread (size depends on the model).
