Screw compressors 11 kW SCC-ZAI-15 with receiver and dryer

Specialist SCC-ZAI-15 series screw compressor is a ready-made assembly of an oil-filled screw compressor with a 11 kW motor connected to the industrial power grid at 380 Volts. Produces 1200~1700 l/min of dry air per minute at 8 bar. The compressed air is dried by a dryer and moisture separators installed on top of a 300 l tank to save space.

The SCC-ZAI-15 screw compressor assembly performs several functions:

• air supply with adjustable outlet pressure from 7 to 10 bar. On request, models with an outlet pressure of up to 12 bar are supplied;
• cooling and effective moisture removal from air contained in the atmosphere;
• air storage in the tank and pressure pulsation smoothing in the pneumatic system.

The compressor is controlled via a controller with a touch screen. Using a Wi-Fi connection, you can view compressor parameters and get notifications about filter replacements on your mobile device or computer. The enclosure has a protection rating of IP23.
