Screw compressor with receiver and dryer 7~10 bar, max. 1200 l/min, 7.5 kW (SCC-ZAI-10)

The Specialist SCC-ZAI-10 series compressors are a ready assembly of a 7.5 kW oil-injected screw compressor with a dryer and moisture separator separators with a capacity of 1.1 cubic meters of air per minute, installed on top of a 230 l receiver for space saving.

This assembly performs several functions:

• air compression with adjustable output pressure from 7 to 10 bar. Models with an output pressure up to 12 bar are available on request;
• cooling and effective air drying from the moisture contained in atmospheric air;
• air storage in the receiver and pressure pulse smoothing in the pneumatic system.

The single-stage compressor is controlled through a controller with a touch screen. With Wi-Fi connectivity, compressor parameters and notifications about filter replacement can be viewed on a mobile device or computer. The housing has a dust and moisture protection degree of IP23.

Performance of SCC-ZAI-10 series screw compressors

The performance of any compressor depends on the set output air pressure.

The pressure value of 1.2 MPa (12 bar) is specified for custom-made compressor models supporting an output pressure up to 12 bar.
