Screw compressor with receiver 3400 l/min, 7~10 bar, 22 kW SCC-ZAIY-30

Specialist series compressors SCC-ZAIY-30 are a ready-to-work assembly of an oil-filled screw compressor 22 kW complete with a dryer and separator demisters, mounted on top of a 350 L receiver to save space.

This assembly performs several functions:

• air supercharging with adjustable outlet pressure from 7 to 10 bar (default) or up to 12 bar (on request);
• cooling and efficiently cleaning air from moisture contained in atmospheric air;
• accumulating air supply in the receiver and leveling pressure pulsations in the pneumatic system.

The single-stage compressor is controlled via a controller with a touchscreen display. The model SCC-ZAIY-30 has frequency control, allowing you to adjust the compressor motor speed based on the necessary air consumption, saving energy.

Through Wi-Fi connection, you can view compressor parameters and receive notifications on filter replacements on a mobile device or computer. The housing has IP23 dust and moisture protection rating.

The nominal air volume produced is 3400 L/min (3.4 cubic meters per minute). Actual performance, as with any compressor, depends on the specified outlet air pressure value.

The "4 in 1" compressor assembly consists of the following main components:

We supply SCC-ZAIY-30 series screw compressors ready for connection and use. To power the compressor, it must be connected to a three-phase AC mains with a voltage of 380 V and frequency of 50 Hz. To the air duct — via a nozzle with cylindrical pipe thread (size depends on the model).
