Screw compressor with receiver, dryer and frequency converter 7~10 bar, max. 1200 l/min, 7.5 kW (SCC-ZAIY-10)

Specialist compressors series SCC-ZAIY-10 are ready-to-use assemblies of oil-filled screw compressor 7.5 kW complete with dryer and separator moisture separators, mounted on top of a 230 l receiver for space saving.

This assembly performs several functions:

• air compression with adjustable output pressure from 7 to 10 bar (default) or up to 12 bar (upon request);
• cooling and efficient removal of moisture contained in atmospheric air;
• storing air reserve in the receiver and equalizing pressure pulsations in the pneumatic system.

The single-stage compressor is controlled via a controller with a touch display. The model SCC-ZAIY-10 features frequency regulation to adjust the compressor motor speed according to the required air consumption and save electricity.

Through Wi-Fi connection, it is possible to view compressor parameters and receive filter replacement notifications on a mobile device or computer. The casing has dust and moisture protection rating IP23.

The nominal produced air volume is 1100 l/min (1.1 cubic meters per minute). Actual performance, as with any compressor, depends on the set output air pressure.

The "5 in 1" compressor assembly consists of the following main elements:

• compressor
• refrigeration type air dryer
• separator-moisture removal group
• receiver
• frequency converter

• electrical control system (controller and built-in electrical cabinet with frequency converter)

We supply screw compressors of series SCC-ZAIY-10, ready for connection and operation. The compressor must be connected to a three-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. To the air pipe — using a fitting with a cylindrical pipe thread (size depends on the model).
