Screw compressor on receiver 3400 l/min, 16 bar, 22 kW (SCC-ZAHY-30)

This compressor assembly performs several functions:

• air compression with adjustable outlet pressure from 7 to 16 bar and power adjustment;
• cooling and effective moisture removal from atmospheric air;
• accumulation of air reserve in the receiver and leveling of pressure pulsations in the pneumatic system.

Compressor control is carried out through a controller with a touch display. The SCC-ZAHY-30 model has frequency regulation that allows adjusting the compressor drive speed for the required air consumption and saving energy.

By connecting via Wi-Fi, you can view compressor parameters and receive notifications about filter replacement on a mobile device or computer. The case has a dust and moisture protection rating of IP23.

The nominal air volume produced by SCC-ZAHY-30 is 3600 l/min. As with any compressor, performance depends on the outlet air pressure.

Compressor assembly "5 in 1" consists of the following main elements:

• compressor:
  • screw block (pair),
  • synchronous motor with permanent magnets,
  • direct drive via rubber coupling (better than belt),
  • air-oil separator,
  • oil pipeline system,
  • cooling system,
  • air pipeline system,
  • electrical control system (controller and built-in electrical cabinet with frequency converter),
• refrigeration type air dryer,
• group of separator-moisture separators,
• frequency converter,
• receiver.

We supply single-stage screw compressors series SCC-ZAHY-30, ready for connection and operation. The compressor must be connected to a three-phase AC power supply with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. To the air duct — using a pipe with cylindrical thread (size depends on model).
