Specialist series compressors SCC-ZAY-40 are a complete assembly of a screw oil-injected compressor 30 kW with a capacity of ~5 cubic meters of air per minute. The compressor is intended for stationary installation and high-pressure boosting — from 7 to 10 bar (by default), up to 12 bar — on order.
The compressor is controlled via a controller with a touch-screen display that supports Cyrillic. By connecting through Wi-Fi you can monitor the compressor's parameters and receive notifications for filter replacement on a mobile device or computer. The casing has a dust and moisture protection degree of IP23.
The unique feature of this series is the integrated frequency converter allowing regulation not only of discharge pressure but also output of the compressor. This saves electricity and increases the compressor’s operational lifespan.
The performance of any compressor varies with outlet air pressure.

Note that the controller can be set to 11-12 bar, but operation at maximum allowable pressure values is not recommended by the manufacturer. For continuous pressure boosting consider 1.2 MPa compressors.

We deliver series SCC-ZAY-40 screw compressors ready for connection and operation. To power the compressor, connect it to a three-phase alternating current electrical network with a voltage of 380 V and frequency of 50 Hz. To the air pipeline — using a fitting with a cylindrical pipe thread (size depends on the model).
