Technical specifications
Description
SO-QVA series metallic quick exhaust valve is designed to be installed on the inlet ports of pneumatic cylinders and other devices to improve speed. When pressure is released, it provides accelerated air release into the atmosphere because it exits directly from the object rather than through the air pipe to the exhaust valve or distributor. The use of quick exhaust valves is recommended for high frequency extension and retraction of cylinder rods.
For connection to the pneumatic line, the valve has three ports:
- P — inlet for air supply
- A — outlet for connection to pneumatic cylinder or other object
- R — exhaust port, where an additional pneumatic silencer can be installed.
The ports have the same size internal pipe thread —G 1/2″.
