Functional and compact scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-160G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network at 380 V and management of three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 160 kW. This frequency converter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to the fine tuning of motor start and stop, adaptation of V/f output characteristics for different load types, PID regulation, and programmable operation via a multi-step PLC instruction, and more.
The scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-160G4 uses scalar control mode V/f. This mode is relatively simple to set up: precise entry of all machine parameters is not required.
The scalar frequency converter model SPLC-NLP1000-160G4 has a protection rating of IP20, therefore it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, a remote control panel can be connected to the frequency converter (not included in the price, supplied on request).

Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-160G4 Frequency Converters:
- Powered from a three-phase network 3ph 380 V AC 50/60 Hz;
- The linear output voltage is from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency is in the range from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Allowable overload for 60 seconds — up to 150% of the rated current value (in constant load mode)
Control Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-160G4:
- 4DI — four digital inputs, the function of which can be defined independently by selecting from a menu. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, frequency jog skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, PID regulation activation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input that can be switched via jumper J2 and accepts an appropriate analog signal for current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for setting frequency;
- 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for output signal ON-OFF regarding operating state, frequency or timer counter achievement, PLC program step or cycle completion;
- RS485 — serial port connector RS485 for industrial frequency converter setup NL, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
