Pneumatic cylinders with guides SC-CPIH series according to the standard ISO 15552 (formerly ISO 6431)

SC-CPIH series power pneumatic cylinder with guides is a double-acting pneumatic cylinder SC-CPI with installed guides, capable of handling tasks of moving heavy objects or pressing with great force of 43,400 N (for Ø320 mm, 6 bar). This is a convenient solution for pressing, where linear guides partially reduce the impact of misalignment of uneven load on the rod, preventing its bending and breaking.

SC-CPIH is a series of our own production "Specialist" in Ukraine. These air cylinders are manufactured in 1-3 days and have standardized sizes according to ISO 6431/15552, making them interchangeable with actuators from other manufacturers made to the same standard. Piston diameter is from 32 to 320 mm. Stroke length - from 5 to 1500 mm (depending on the piston diameter).

The built-in adjustable damper in the cylinder ensures a smooth stop of the piston at the end of the stroke to absorb the force of its impact on the front or rear cover. Using a special screw, damping can be adjusted to achieve a higher or lower degree of piston braking.

Double-acting means controlling the extension-retraction of the rod by supplying-releasing compressed air through two threaded holes G1/8~1/2". Pressure supply up to 12 bar is allowed.
