The double-acting power pneumatic cylinder of the SC-DNG series can perform tasks of moving heavy objects or pressing with great force. They are interchangeable with other standard pneumatic cylinders that have dimensional and mounting sizes according to the ISO 15552 standard (ISO 6431, VDMA 24562), regardless of the manufacturer.
Standard ISO 6431 cylinders have piston diameters ranging from 32 to 320 mm. The stroke length of pneumatic cylinders is from 5 to 1500 mm depending on the piston diameter (see the table below).
The built-in adjustable damper in the cylinder provides smooth stopping of the piston at the end of its stroke to absorb the impact against the front or rear cover. Using a special screw, the damping can be adjusted to achieve a higher or lower degree of piston braking.
The double-acting feature involves controlling the extension-retraction of the rod by feeding and releasing compressed air through two threaded G1/8~1/2" holes. Pressure supply up to 12 bar is permissible.

Based on SC-DNG pneumatic cylinders, we can manufacture tandems and tridem pneucylinders to increase force.
The details listed in the table are used for manufacturing SC-DNG pneumatic cylinders by default. Upon request, we can use other materials (VITON seals, stainless steel housing, etc.), as well as make modifications to the construction itself.
The construction of ISO 15552 cylinders is dismantable, allowing for repair and replacement of worn parts.
The SC-DNG model pneumatic cylinders have an aluminium round barrel with open studs. Magnets are installed by default on the pistons.
By default, the cylinders have a single rod of nickel-plated carbon steel with an external metric thread M10-27 for mounting attachments or directly for load. Upon request, the rod can be made structurally passable or with stroke adjustment, made of chromed stainless steel, without threading, or with slots, etc.
