Double-acting bellows pneumatic cylinder series SC-CPIG featuring a rubber sleeve on the rod (commonly known as a "dust cover") offers protection for the steel rod and reduces the risk of abrasive chip and dust ingress. Pneumatic cylinders with protective bellows are on average 2 times more durable in contaminated environments.
We have been manufacturing protected pneumatic cylinders SC-CPIG at our own Ukrainian production since 2008, at "Specialist" company. These pneumatic drives are interchangeable with other air cylinders with standardized mounting dimensions according to ISO 15552 (ISO 6431, VDMA 24562), but with extended rods. By default, NBR is used for the rod's rubber cover. Cylinder manufacture takes 1-3 days, but confirm the cover supply when ordering.
