Manual Actuated Valves

The Specialist (Ukraine) pipeline valve with manual actuation comprises wedge and butterfly valves complete with levers, handwheels, and gearboxes for multi-position manual control. This industrial shut-off and regulating valve ensures both complete flow shut-off and is used for throttle control to regulate the working medium's flow — the disc can be stopped in intermediate positions.

We offer you to purchase standard manufactured manual knife gate and disc valves from our warehouses in Lviv and Dnipro, as well as made-to-order supplies with the materials, technical specifications, and sizes you require for discs and seals.

Default for manual knife and butterfly valves for liquids and gases

Ready to ship water and gas shut-off wafer valves with levers of various price segments:

Affordable, non-repairable, with cast iron disc and EPDM seals
Mid-priced, repairable, with more durable cast steel disc WCB and EPDM seals
Most expensive and reliable, repairable, with stainless steel disc AISI 304/316 and seals EPDM/PTFE

We procure these butterfly valves with levers from two manufacturers — their design is similar, but there are slight size differences. The D670 series is slightly more expensive with a better seal and packaging than the D674 series. On order, we directly import manual triple eccentric butterfly valves with a rubber metal disc from China.

Standard manual disc valves for bulk products

In stock, we have flange disc valves for bulk material silos of series BV2 with DN150~300 with cast iron disc and NBR seat seal for operation at temperatures from −15 to 85℃ equipped with a curved metal handle with a yellow rubberized edge. On order, we offer DN50~350, plastic and stainless steel discs SS304/316, Viton and EPDM seals with better resistance to high temperatures and aggressive environments.
