Description

The cast iron manual valve model SCBF-D673-10XEX-100-H is a regulated butterfly type rotary disc valve PN 10 DN100 with a cast steel body and WCB disc, EPDM sealing. Unlike grey and ductile iron, butterfly valves with WCB can operate under pressure and with hot water, non-aggressive gases and liquids, weak alkalis, and most organic acids. The working environment is checked for compatibility with WCB and EPDM.

The included handle features an anti-rotation mechanism and a stop in 10 intermediate positions of the valve DN100 SCBF-D673-10XEX-100-H for throttling and regulating flow through the pipeline.

This manual cast iron disc valve is installed on a pipe with a nominal diameter of 100 millimetres between pre-welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1 (EN 1092-2). The body features lugs with holes ("ears") for centring the rotary valve between the flanges.

The manual drive can be replaced with a pneumatic or electric one. On request, we supply this type of damper with PN16.
