Description

Manual Wafer Lugged Butterfly Valve PN10 DN125 of SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-125-H series is a butterfly valve with a CF8/CF8M cast stainless steel disc (equivalent AISI 304/316), wafer mounting and equipped with a handle for operation.

The multi-position handle features an anti-rotation mechanism — it can be halted in 10 intermediate positions for throttling and adjusting the substance flow through the pipeline. The SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-125-H butterfly valve can control water and liquid mixtures whose chemical composition is compatible with CF8/CF8M and seat material — EPDM or PTFE.

This manual stainless steel butterfly valve is mounted on a pipe with a nominal passage diameter of 125 millimetres between pre-welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1(EN 1092-2). The body contains bosses with holes ("lugs") to centre the wafer butterfly valve between flanges.

The manual drive can be replaced with a pneumatic or electric actuator. Upon request, this type of valve can be provided with PN16.
