Description

Manual disc butterfly valve PN10 DN250 series SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-250-H is a "butterfly" valve with a cast stainless steel disc CF8/CF8M (equivalent to AISI 304/316) with wafer mounting and a manual drive with a handwheel through a mechanical worm gearbox.

The gearbox has marks every 10°, allowing it to be stopped at intermediate positions for throttling and adjusting the flow of substances through the pipeline. The disc valve SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-250-H can control water and liquid mixtures whose chemical composition is compatible with CF8/CF8M and the seat material — EPDM or PTFE.

This manual stainless butterfly valve is installed on pipes with a nominal bore diameter of 250 millimetres between pre-welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1(EN 1092-2). The body has lugs with holes ("ears") for centring the butterfly valve between flanges.

The manual drive can be replaced with pneumatic or electric. On request, this type of valve is available with PN16.
