Description

The cast iron manual model SCBF-D673-10XEX-80-H is a regulated butterfly type rotary valve PN10 DN80 with a cast steel body and WCB disc, EPDM seals. Unlike grey and ductile iron, butterfly valves with WCB can operate under pressure and with hot water, non-aggressive gases, liquids, weak alkalis, and most organic acids. The working medium is tested for compatibility with WCB and EPDM.

The handle includes an anti-turn mechanism and stops in 10 intermediate positions for valve DN80 SCBF-D673-10XEX-80-H for throttling and flow regulation through the pipeline.

This cast iron manual butterfly valve is mounted on a pipe with a bore diameter of 80 millimetres between pre-welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1(EN 1092-2). The body features lugs with holes ("ears") for centring the butterfly valve between the flanges.

The manual drive can be replaced with pneumatic or electric. This type of valve is available on request with PN16.
