Description

Manual wafer type butterfly valve PN 10 DN 250 series SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-250-H is a butterfly valve with a cast stainless steel disc CF8/CF8M (equivalent to AISI 304/316) with a wafer mounting and a manual actuator (handwheel through a mechanical worm gearbox).

The gearbox has markers every 10°, allowing it to be stopped in intermediate positions for throttling and controlling the flow of substances through the pipeline. The butterfly valve SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-250-H can be operated with water and liquid mixtures whose chemical composition is compatible with CF8/CF8M and the seat material — EPDM or PTFE.

This manual stainless steel butterfly valve is installed on a pipe with a nominal bore diameter of 250 millimetres between previously welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1(EN 1092-2). The body includes lugs with holes ("eyes") for centring the butterfly valve between the flanges.

The manual actuator can be replaced with a pneumatic or electric one. On request, we supply this type of valve with PN16.
