Air preparation unit 1/4″~1/2″, 700~1400 l/min, up to 10 bar, 40μm (SA-CM)

The SA-CM series air preparation block is an assembly of a filter-regulator with a pressure gauge and a lubricator with a G1/4″ or G1/2″ connection thread, designed to be installed after the compressor in the pipeline to prepare compressed air directly for supply to pneumatic tools or actuators. This block performs several functions:

• retains solid particles larger than 40 μm on the filter element (a filter element with a filtration fineness of 5 μm can be installed);
• separates liquid moisture and compressor oil from the compressed air;
• reduces high inlet pressure from the compressor and maintains output pressure at the pneumatic tool at a set level in the range of from 1.5 to 8.5 bar;
• can add low-viscosity oil to the purified air to reduce friction and protect surfaces from corrosion, which extends the service life of pneumatic equipment: pneumatic tools, pneumatic distributors, or cylinders.

This air preparation block can be used on any industrial equipment or tool where a pressure regulation accuracy of ±0.5 bar is allowable.
