Latch for bulk materials DU250 with SCBF-BV2 pneumatic drive

SCBF-BV2-6JA-250-RAT125 is a wafer butterfly valve with DN 250 intended for powder products in air-gravity transportation systems for granules, concrete, or sand under low pressure up to 6 bar. Specialised pneumatic butterfly valves of this series better withstand vibrations and overloads, have fast actuation, and the cast iron disc is wear-resistant. Upon request, cast iron valves can be coated with an additional layer of rubber (rubberised disc).

• SCBF-BV2-6JA-250 — the flanged butterfly valve itself with DN250 PN6. Lightweight aluminium alloy body, cast iron disc, NBR seat.
• two rubber gaskets for wafer mounting of the valve on the pipeline (as shown in the photo)
• connection of the valve with the pneumatic actuator, including ISO5211 bracket for pneumatic drive and shaft adapter (from octagonal star to square)
• SC-RAT125 — double-acting pneumatic actuator.

In its basic configuration, the valve operates as a shut-off device “open-close”, does not have spring return. To regulate flow, a pneumatic positioner needs to be added, and for emergency mechanical change to closed or open state — springs in the drive.
