Lubricating oil for pneumatic tools

Specialist VG 32 high-purity mineral lubricating oil for pneumatic systems is used to refill pneumatic lubricator sprayers from where it is delivered into compressed air, atomised into particles, and lubricates the pneumatic tool. Suitable for any rotary and impact pneumatic tools: pneumatic hammers, pneumatic drills, impact wrenches, pneumatic grinding machines, pneumatic motors, pneumatic tackers.

The lubricator oil protects the internal surfaces of pneumatics from corrosion. It also effectively reduces friction and wear of surfaces, helps ensure sealing and smooth operation of pneumatic tools.

Importantly, low-viscosity lubricant washes out the layer of grease laid in equipment at the factory, so once the lubricator sprayer is used for the first time, the supply of oil must not be stopped.

Refined mineral hydraulic oil based on paraffin, containing an additive composition.

• Density at 20°C — not more than 890 kg/m³
• Flash point, determined in an open cup — over 185°C
• Pour point — not more than −20°C
• Colour on the CNT colorimeter — not more than 4.5 CNT units
• Ash content — not more than 0.2%
• Mass fraction of zinc — over 0.02%
