Description

Air Compressor 500 litres/min series SCC-CM4.0-05 is a ready-to-use small mobile compressor unit with a 100L receiver for air compression up to 8 atmospheres. Unlike other wheel-mounted compressor models with a performance of 0.5 cubic metres per minute, this compressor is screw, distinguished from piston types by high efficiency, capability for continuous operation, and low noise.

This screw compressor must be powered from an industrial network 3-phase 380V. The compressor motor is asynchronous, with a power of 4 kW, mounted on anti-vibration supports.

Advantages of the 500 litres screw compressor over piston

The pneumatic blower compressor block SCC-CM4.0-05 includes all necessary parts for launch and operation, with all components being of high quality and reliable:

The motor on the compressor 4 kW is connected to the screw pair via an elastic coupling — direct drive has better efficiency and significantly simplifies maintenance compared to belt drive, where pulley adjustment and replacement are frequently needed. Our direct drive lasts longer;
Components are connected by a metal pipeline — metal tubes last longer than rubber ones;
A paper filter is installed in the air intake (snail) to clean incoming air from contaminants; compressed air is separated from compressor oil in the air-oil separator;
Oil filter cleans the oil from contaminants;
Fans for air cooling — one for the entire block and one separately on the motor;
All components are connected to a controller with LCD display and touch-buttons. Parameters are displayed in the form of letter codes.
A 100L receiver stabilizes output pressure, and moisture from atmospheric air partly condenses in it.
