Mobile screw compressor 300l/min, 8 bar, 2.2 kW (SCC-CM2.2-03)

Air Compressor 300 l/min series SCC-CM2.2-03 is a ready-to-use small portable compressor unit with a 60 l receiver for compressing air up to 8 atmospheres. Unlike other compressor models on the market with a capacity of 0.3 cubic meters per minute, this compressor is — screw, distinguished among piston compressors by high efficiency, continuous operation capability, and low noise.

This screw compressor can be used both in industrial and garage conditions, as it is powered by a household electricity network 1ph 220 V. The compressor motor is asynchronous, with a power of 2.2 kW, mounted on vibration-damping supports.

The compressor unit air blower SCC-CM2.2-03 incorporates all necessary parts for starting and operation, with all components of high quality and reliability:

• The compressor motor 2.2 kW is connected to the screw pair via a flexible coupling — direct drive has better efficiency and greatly simplifies maintenance compared to belt drive, where pulleys need frequent changing and tensioning to maintain correct tension. Our direct drive lasts longer;
• Components are connected by a metal pipeline — metal tubes are more durable than rubber;
• The air intake (snail) has a paper filter installed that cleans the incoming air from contaminants; compressed air is separated from compressor oil in an air-oil separator;
• Oil filter cleans the oil from contaminants;
• Air cooling fans — one for blowing the entire unit and one separately on the motor;
• All components are connected to a controller with an LCD display and touch buttons. Parameters are displayed in letter code form.
• The 60 l receiver allows making the output pressure more stable, moisture from atmospheric air partially condenses in it.
