Pneumatic distributors 4V210-08(06) 5/2 with one-way electric control

Pneumatic Valves 4V210-08 and 4V210-06 are 5/2 pneumatic valves (five-line two-position) with single-sided electro-pneumatic control and spring return, designed for operation with compressed air at a working pressure of 1.5-8 bar. They can be used for controlling double-acting pneumatic cylinders or other applications. They can be installed separately or on a mounting plate.

Five-line pneumatic valves have five ports on the body, marked with numbers or letters:

1. "P" — inlet for connecting compressed air supply
2. "A" — outlet port 1
3. "S" or "ExA" — exhaust port for releasing pressure from outlet 1
4. "B" — outlet port 2
5. "R" or "ExB" — exhaust port for releasing pressure from outlet 2

Valves are available for order with internal cylindrical thread G1/8″, G1/4″. When selecting air silencers or throttles, note that the exhaust ports of the air distributor are smaller than its inlet-outlet (see table 1).

By the method of operation, 5/2 pneumatic valves with single-sided electric control are monostable, meaning that in the absence of a control electric signal, the return spring holds the valve spool in one certain position — air is supplied to the first outlet, and pressure is released from the second. Single-sided control is recommended in cases where the valve remains in one position for a long time or where the valve return to a certain position is based on safety requirements.

The client has the opportunity to order a solenoid coil with the required electrical characteristics:

• DC24V — direct current, voltage 24 V
• AC220V — alternating current, voltage 220 Volt

On request, we can supply the valve with explosion-proof or other types of solenoid coils.
