Description

Spherical rod end ISO 8139 (“fish eye”) with internal thread ("female") is designed for mounting on pneumatic cylinder rods and compensating for radial loads when the moving object has angular deviations from the rod's axis in two planes. The internal ring of the radial spherical plain bearing allows a rotation up to 4°.

Lubrication is not required because a self-lubricating plastic bush is located between the steel holder and the spherical plain bearing. The ball joint is designed for all types of pneumatic cylinders with a rod that has a metric thread M6~36.

These rod ends can be supplied with an external thread ("male") upon individual request.
