Power pneumatic cylinder with double action and single rod of the SC-SC series can perform tasks of moving heavy objects or pressing with great force — up to 24,429 Newtons (Ø200 mm, 9 bar). It is manufactured in dimensions according to the ISO 6430 standard. Such pneumatic cylinders are often used on Chinese-made machines — for example, SC-SC-50x25 is used for guillotine edge banding machines MFBJ-503II or MFBJ-350, and SC-SC-63x110 — for CNC saw machines from KDT Machinery.
We manufacture SC-SC pneumatic cylinders in Ukraine with a piston diameter of from 32 to 320 mm and also provide tandems and triads based on them to double the force. The stroke length of the pneumatic cylinders ranges from 5 to 1500 mm depending on the piston diameter (see table below).
An integrated adjustable damper in the cylinder ensures smooth stopping of the piston at the stroke end to absorb its impact against the front or rear cap. The damping can be adjusted via a special screw to achieve a higher or lower degree of piston braking.
The double action allows control of rod extension-retraction by supplying-exhausting compressed air through two threaded ports ranging from G1/8 to 1/2″. A pressure supply of up to 12 bar is permissible.
