Description
Model SVV-SBA 43N-G2M is a bellows-type vacuum suction cup for industrial grips and manipulators, equipped with an integrated nipple with external thread G1/4″ male. The default pad is made of nitrile rubber NBR with 1.5 bellows (low bellows) volume 11.4 cm³, suction part diameter 43 mm,, and power — up to 64.5 N at vacuum depth -60 kPa.
SBA series rubber suction cups have 14 sizes with diameters 6~78 mm and are very versatile — they are robust enough to hold substantial loads reliably during movement and can also adapt to convex and concave shapes of parts.
Besides standard models, you can purchase this shaped vacuum suction cup not only from nitrile rubber but also from silicone or heat-resistant rubber. The latter is suitable for moving blanks on the conveyor after hot bending of sheet metal, as well as for moving glass after forming.
