Description
The PJTS/PJYS nipple vacuum system is by default supplied with round short bellows suction cups (1.5-fold bellows) model PJS and a vacuum nipple with damping (spring plunger) series ZPT. This type of vacuum gripping technology allows manipulators to handle items of varying heights, convex, curved, delicate, fragile, and soft surfaces with care. A straight or side adapter—quick-release 'Christmas tree' connector—is provided for connecting a rubber hose or tube to the vacuum generator.
The vacuum suction cups are removable and can be replaced with another type—with higher bellows, flat, oval, made of nitrile, silicone, and NBR, which you will also find for sale in the Specialist pneumatic equipment online store.
Standard PJTS kit includes:
- Powerful vacuum suction cup, nitrile, short (1.5-bellows)
- Spring plunger with axial or radial vacuum connection via quick-release
Model SVV-PJTS-6-25-N has a suction cup diameter of 6 mm and a stroke of 25 mm.
