Description
Model SVV-SBA 25N-G1F is a bellows-type vacuum suction cup for industrial gripping and manipulators, equipped with an integrated adapter with internal thread G1/8”. The default pad is made of nitrile rubber NBR with 1.5 bellows (low corrugation) with a volume of 3.2 cm3, suction part diameter of 25 mm, and force up to 17.3 N at a vacuum depth of -60 kPa.
SBA series rubber suction cups come in 14 sizes with diameters from 6~78 mm and are highly versatile — they are firm enough to reliably hold substantial loads during movement and can also adapt to convex and concave shapes of parts.
Apart from standard models, you can purchase this style of vacuum suction cup from us not only in nitrile rubber but also in silicone or heat-resistant rubber. The latter is suitable for transporting blanks on a conveyor after hot bending sheet metal, as well as for moving glass after forming.
