Description
Model SVV-SPC-15-WS is an industrial vacuum suction cup made of silicone with 2.5-fold bellows with a volume of 0.9 cm3 and diameter of 15 mm, designed to operate from an ejector vacuum generator or pump. Nominal vacuum depth is -60 kPa, and the suction force is 8 N.
Bellows suction cups with 2.5 folds on the surface provide flexibility in vacuum gripping — allowing suction on significantly convex and concave surfaces of plastic, well gripping cardboard of packaging boxes, gently moving them. Industrial silicone suction cups are softer and provide delicacy in contact with objects compared to rubber NBR. They can be used individually or in a group mounted on a base plate. The recommended hose diameter is 6 mm, and the vacuum supply tube should be kept as short as possible, but no longer than 2 m.
