Description
Devices for automatic condensate draining (drain valves) are installed in filter bowls or filter-regulators for automatic draining of liquid from their bowls to prevent overflow, wetting of the filter element, and moisture ingress into pneumatic tools or equipment. It is recommended to use automatic condensate drainage in systems that operate continuously or for extended periods without stopping.
The SA-ZDPS series consists of float-type drain valves in two sizes according to filters or filter-regulators:
- size 20 — for filters SA-FN20, SA-FU20, filter-regulators SA-WN20, SA-WU20, filter-regulators in assembled preparation units SA-CN20, SA-CU20;
- size 40/60 — for filters SA-FN40, SA-FU40, SA-FN60, SA-FU60, filter-regulators SA-WN40, SA-WU40, SA-WN60, SA-WU60, filter-regulators in assembled preparation units SA-CN40, SA-CU40, SA-CN60, SA-CU60.
When using the automatic drain device, the filter-moisture separator must be installed vertically — having an angle of inclination can lead to incorrect operation or other issues with valve opening and closing for condensate release.
